Breukelen, The Netherlands – August 5th, 2021
Rotterdam The Hague Airport has given GRASP the opportunity to further test and develop our security checkpoint management system during a few months trial period.
We will use this time to trial the solution in a ‘live’ environment and work together with Rotterdam The Hague Airport in fine-tuning the solution. Ultimately researching if and how the solution can add value to security operations at Rotterdam.
Robert Schuur (GRASP): “We are excited about the cooperation with Rotterdam The Hague Airport, the past 2 years we have been in regular contact with Floris Tammes and his team and we appreciate the offered opportunity.
The next few months we can gather valuable data and further improve our solution in a live environment. We obviously will share our results with Rotterdam Airport and are convinced we will be able to directly add value.”
Floris Tammes, Director Airport Operations (RTHA): “Rotterdam The Hague Airport is happy to develop itself as an innovation partner. The airport is very suitable to execute small scale trials of innovative technologies and we can assist in further development.
The solution developed by GRASP Innovations fits this bill and can potentially improve the passenger experience and optimise business operations.”
