We love to travel but hate standing in line unnecessarily (standing in line in general actually) and are convinced a combination of smart technologies (hardware) and data handling products (software) can help solve this.
Our security checkpoint management system is an effective tool to manage daily operations and enables deep performance analyses within airport security checkpoints. It combines granular data gathered through our IR-UWB radars and in-depth knowledge on a complex process into a unique solution. We’re looking for someone to take our installations, hardware and service & support to the next level and to new industries.
Next to aviation we work in the security and hospitality industry; In the hospitality sector we specialize in leveraging advanced sensor technologies to optimize guest experiences while simultaneously reducing energy costs and enhancing operational efficiency. And within general security we automate repetitive security tasks in complex environments, resulting in autonomous access control.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, commissioning, service and support of our deployments at client sites in Europe.
- Manage client relations within projects and service and support contracts
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for hardware and sensor development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware- and software solutions.
- Continuous and close collaboration with sales and project teams for solution realization
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or proven experience in related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware installation, commissioning, and/or servicing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IoT sensor technologies and their applications.
- Experience with working with Linux and Python
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment (our main communication is in English).
- Experience in (aviation) security industry is preferred
- Residing in the Netherlands near Breukelen (our HQ) and eligible to install all over Europe
