[Utrecht, June 24, 2026] — GRASP Innovations today announced it is continuing operations under a new name: Reassurance Technologies. The change follows a transition in ownership and marks a sharpened strategic direction for the company.

The rebrand brings GRASP’s identity into full alignment with Reassurance Solutions, its established U.S.-based commercial partner, creating a unified brand presence across both the European and North American markets.

As part of this transition, Reassurance Technologies is exiting aviation operations to concentrate exclusively on what the company does best: delivering monitoring technology for security and correctional facilities. This focus reflects growing demand in that sector and the company’s proven track record serving it.
